中国药科大学

曹征宇，男，教授，博士生导师。1999年毕业于南京大学和中国药科大学联办生物工程制药强化班，2004年毕业于中国协和医科大学，中国医学科学院药物研究所，获博士学位。2004起先后在美国University of Georgia, Creighton University, University of California, Davis 任博士后，助理教授和项目科学家。2013年底回国工作，现任中国药科大学中药学院教授。主要研究方向为神经药理和神经毒理。先后参与多项NIH资助项目，目前主持国家自然科学基金面上项目（81473539）、江苏省面上项目（BK20141357）、及天然药物活性组分与药效国家重点实验室杰出青年人才基金项目（SKLNMZZJQ201402）各一项，并作为Co-Investigator承担NIH/NINDS关于抗癫痫药物研究项目(课题总资助$1,700万，1U54 NS079202)，已在国际著名杂志发表30余篇研究论文。曹征宇博士目前担任Genetic Disorders & Gene Therapy，International Journal of Stem Cell Research and Transplantation，Austin Journal of Allergy的编委，并常年审理来自JPET, Toxicological Sciences, NeuroToxicology等杂志的稿件。

本科题组研究方向集中于：1，建立体外多靶点神经系统活性物质，以及心血管系统活性物质快速发现平台；建立离子通道配体快速筛选方法；2，从天然产物中寻找用于治疗神经性疼痛，癫痫以及抗心律失常等疾病的先导化合物；3，天然药物作用靶点以及作用机制的研究，并研究中药单方或复方中各主要成份药理活性的协同，叠加或者拮抗作用；4，神经系统重大疾病的病理学基础以及治疗方案的研究：主要集中于小儿孤僻症的发病机制以及外界因素对发病率的影响。
