1. 利用高空间分辨率和高光谱分辨率遥感数据进行土地覆盖、利用分类以及对于多尺度遥感数据的融合和变化探测研究。

2. 利用以上遥感手段,为基于传染病传播机制的过程模型提供数据,构造空间连接性,建立基于遥感、地理信息系统的传染病时空耦合的传播模型。

3. 基于传染病传播机制的个体模型建设和病原体、宿主及其交互作用的研究。
