一、科研方向

主要研究活性氧、活性氮和抗氧化剂在人类疾病，特别是在肿瘤和神经退行性疾病中的作用。一个方向是研究肿瘤细胞死亡和药物抗性的分子机制，侧重于肿瘤化疗多药抗性的氧化还原调节；筛选有效的抗癌药物也是研究目标之一。另一个方向是利用体外和体内方法来研究神经退行性疾病的分子机制和筛选有效的神经保护药物。
Research Interests：
My research interests are in the role of reactive oxygen species, reactive nitrogen species and  antioxidants in human diseases, especially cancer and neurodegenerative diseases. One area focuses on the molecular mechanism of tumor cell death and drug resistance, especially redox regulation of multidrug resistance in cancer chemotherapy. In addition, screening effective anticancer drug is also one of our goals. The other area focuses on the use of in vitro, ex vivo systems to study the molecular mechanism of neurodegenerative diseases and screening effective neuroprotective drug。

二、荣誉称号及奖励

参加甘肃省自然科学基金项目《维生素E和硒对耐药白血病细胞凋亡调控基因及耐药基因表达影响研究》，获2007年度甘肃医学科技奖二等奖。
参加甘肃省自然科学基金项目《复方沙棘和沙棘籽油对大鼠缺血性脑梗塞的防护作用及其机理探讨》，获2002年度甘肃医学科技奖三等奖。
honors and awards：
Participation in the project ‘The effects of Vitamin E and Selenium on expression of apoptotic gene and multidrug resistant gene in leukemia cells’ funded by science and technology department of Gansu province and won the second grade prize from Gansu Medical Association。
Participation in the project ‘The protection and mechnism of Compound Hippophae rhamnoides L. and Hippophae rhamnoides L.seed oil on ischemic cerebral infarction in rats’ funded by science and technology department of Gansu province and won the third grade prize from Gansu Medical Association。
